Here at Osprey Commercial Real Estate we pride ourselves on the relationships we create with other real estate professionals. Whether that be with out of market commercial practitioners, local residential agents or licensed property managers we are here to work collaboratively for the benefit of our clients.

We offer a straightforward 25% referral fee to any licensed agent who refers a client that reaches their closing either through leasing or a sale/purchase.
